Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints
- Process customers' orders e.g. order checking, order formulating, etc.
- Manage product return workshop and warehouse
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry and any follow up action
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years customer service working experience, preferred in electrical appliance industry
- Proactive, self-motivated, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both written English and Chinese and spoken Cantonese
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available highly preferred
