SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are growing fast, integrating new brands to our existing portfolio, growing new categories, and reaching new geographies. In order to reinforce our sales coverage, we are seeking for a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Global Hotelware Limited, a leading provider of high-quality hotel supplies to hotels, restaurants & casinos. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients across Hong Kong and Macau region.

What you'll be doing

·       Manage an existing portfolio of hotel & restaurants customers, building strong relationships and driving repeat business

·       Grow sales by providing tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client

·       Develop business by proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the geography

·       Coordinate the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

·       Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

·       Maintain accurate sales reporting and provide detailed sales forecast

What we're looking for

·       4-5 years of experience in sales or customer service role

·       Passion for hospitality and F&B industry, with a customer-centric mindset and a natural attitude for providing exceptional service

·       Full engagement and strong will to take ownership and drive revenue

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, for the ability to build long lasting relationships will nurture future sales and business opportunities

·       Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

·       Proficiency in using CRM and other sales related software

·       A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

·       Can do attitude, with capability to walk the talk
