Business Analyst - Cargo Distribution (5-Day Work)

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Understand and elicit business processes, practices and requirements by conducting workshops and meetings 
• Analyze current state and identify areas for improvement and optimization 
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions to ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders
• Create materials and provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure effective communication 
• Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scope, develop comprehensive test cases and scripts in JIRA and execute end to end testing 
• Assist in project management tasks, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and project progress
• Provide timely and accurate responses to regional inquiries and collaborate with teams to ensure consistent communication

Job Requirements:
 

• University degree, preferably in related disciplines
• Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
• Results-driven individual with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Deliver results in a timely manner, able to work under pressure
• Fast learner, quickly adapt to changes 
• Willing to travel overseas for organizing workshops or trainings independently
