Buyer

• Follow up purchase order, also regularly on product shipment information, price change, sales period and any other update
• Liaise with Headquarters, Manufacturers and vendors on purchase order/ invoice checking, shipment / delivery follow up and products samples coordination and relevant product information updates
• Ensure accurate product information, order status and delivery time schedule, etc in the system
• Coordinate with Manufacturers, vendors and internal teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
• Handle payment process with Manufacturers and vendors
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Relevant in working experiencing in customer service, liaising with multiple vendors, administrative support in shipping/ logistics, retail and wholesales merchandising
• Numbers driven with excellent Excel skills and knowledge including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Detailed minded and good interpersonal skill
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
