Job Description
- Handle customers’ inquiries via call and email in an efficient and professional manner.
- Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfaction level via different channels.
- Provide proactive follow up and quality services.
- Prepare quotation, PM scheduling, tender document, warranty contract management, price negotiation, billing, spare parts ordering, etc and after-sales support.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers.
- Support special of ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly.
- To perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in business administration or other related disciplines.
- 3+ years work experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Self-motivated, detailed-minded, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to motivate the team for continuous improvement in performance.
- Good spoken and written English, Cantonese.
- PC knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Experience on ERP system e.g. Oracle Netsuite will be an advantage.
