(Warehouse) Operations Officer
Responsibilities
- Support overall warehouse operations, logistics coordination and quality control
- Arrange and manage manpower to perform the daily tasks
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality
- Prepare and analyse monthly statistical reports
- Work closely with manager & frontline operations to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform ad hoc projects and tasks
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in warehousing / Express / Logistics would be an advantage
- Well-organized and attention to details
- Positive thinking, hardworking and willing to learn
- Basic PC skill included MS office Excel / Word
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
