Job Description

Centricity is an exclusive collection of physical and digital services owned and managed by Hongkong Land on behalf of its customers. The offer on 2F Chater House includes Concentric, an innovative multifunction event space, Catchic our elegant restaurant & terrace bar and Catch &Go our convenient takeaway café. 

Centricity Flex, launched in the summer of 2021, is the next addition to the Centricity stable of products. It is premium serviced office solution located on the 17th and 18th floors of Edinburgh Tour. 

The Centricity App underpins each of our products and offers significant functionality via the click of button. For instance, you can make table bookings, order food, book events and meeting rooms along with so much more.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of the Company, your new role will mainly cover the following but not limited to:

  • To serve guests in a courteous, efficient and prompt manner
  • Familiar with the content of the menu, beverages and pricing to offer descriptions of items' origin on menu, taste and preparation methods
  • Communicate with kitchen staff on guests’ orders or requests
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, offer suggestions and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Responsible for cleaning and setting up tables and food stations
  • Assist any other staff members in other assignment or responsibility deemed to be reasonable and necessary by the supervisor/manager
  • Handle and report any complaints to the supervisor/manager

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality/restaurant/bar is preferred
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Flexible to work shift duties
  • Possesses positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
