Your Role

  • Deliver design-centric solutions for proprietary glazed partition and operable wall systems, tailored to the needs of interior designers and architects.
  • Collaborate with the Estimation and PM teams to develop accurate quotations and proposals for tender submissions.
  • Negotiate with main contractors to manage our GP% and secure best offers.
  • Thrive in high-pressure environments, effectively handling tight schedules and design changes.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations and uphold company standards in both product offerings and service levels.
  • Facilitate showroom visits and present product demonstrations to clients, enhancing engagement and understanding.
  • Engage in key account management, strategic planning, and crisis management, ensuring client relationships and business continuity.
  • Drive efforts to meet and surpass sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to business growth, including but not limited to cold calling and attending industry events.
  • Navigate and adapt to design changes during project execution by working closely with the Project Team, ensuring seamless project delivery.

What You Should Have

  • Demonstrate strong commitment to taking ownership and leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Eager to acquire new skills and take on additional responsibilities, showcasing a growth mindset.
  • Excellence in presentation skills, with the ability to steer discussions and articulate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • Able to prioritize and be product, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and adaptability.
  • Commit to learn product knowledge, quality standard, technical drawings, and specification development.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to circumvent them effectively.
  • Self-sufficient, with the capability to progress tasks and make decisions autonomously.
  • Maintain a positive mindset, contributing to a constructive work environment.
  • Operating effectively within fast-paced and high-pressure situations, demonstrating resilience and composure.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
