Senior Officer (Facility and Maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management duties
• To provide assistance on matters relating to facilities maintenance and project works
• Monitor the performance of contractors
• To lead a technical team to provide excellent maintenance service
• To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property / Housing Management / Facility Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Property / Facility Management
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Proven experience in the handover is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facilities Officer.
