Senior Sales Associate cum Barista

We are looking for Senior Sales Associate cum Barista to join our team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of La Maison du Chocolat Boutique.
• Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service, creating memorable experiences for our customers.
• Craft exceptional coffee beverages, maintaining the highest quality standards in line with La Maison du Chocolat's guidelines.
• Ensure the Coffee Bar counter is impeccably clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Professionally handle customer orders and inquiries, providing knowledgeable assistance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and boutique operations.

Requirements:

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for La Maison du Chocolat, embodying our values and passion.
• Possess a pleasant personality, with an energetic, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Cantonese Mandarin, and English is essential.
• Demonstrated experience as a barista, with expertise in various coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty coffee trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•  Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Sales Associate role.
