Merchandiser / Sr Merchandiser – Hardgoods (Candles, Ornaments, Plush & Floral)

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional merchandising service and manage daily merchandising flow for hardgoods products including candle, seasonal plush & ornament, and floral.
• Build strong relationships with international clients, suppliers, logistics providers and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the whole functions of supply chain and product management independently including but not limited to product design and sample development, factory sourcing and price negotiation, manufacturing and product process planning, and logistics and compliance management.
• Review and enhance workflows to increase efficiency and deliver cost saving measurements.
• Assist in ad hoc projects contributing to the overall company progression.

Requirements:

• 5 years or above experience in merchandising.
• Must have solid experience in hardgoods products including candle, seasonal plush & ornament, and floral.
• Background gained from trading and manufacturing company.
• Familiar with full set of production and supply chain management is a plus.
• Computer knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• A good team player, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Attentive to details and well organised.
• Ability in managing different SKUs in a tight schedule and resilience to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser.
