Job Description
Customer Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving software application issues.
Quality Assurance Testing
- Conduct testing of software applications to ensure functionality, usability and performance.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Document defects and issues found during testing and collaborate with the software development team for resolution.
- Collaborating with the software development and support team to relay customer insights and testing results.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss customer issues, testing results, and process improvements.
Requirement:
- Associated degree or above in either Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Admin. or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Efficient, responsible, detail-minded, and customer centric.
- Fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese, with good English writing skills.
- Passion in social media, online product promotion is a plus.
