Assistant Marketing Manager (In-house)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at MediaOn Limited. This full-time position, based in our Kwun Tong Kwun Tong District office, will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare tender independently, from budgeting, strategic planning, making relevant quotation enquiries analyzing and preparing estimating reports, tender submission to handling tendering correspondence
• Develop and execute all-rounded marketing directions and strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and capture more sales lead
• Assist in promoting the company and its products through various marketing channels
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify the business trends and opportunities
• Coordinate and execute public relations activities, including communication with partners and clients
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Prepare reports, including evaluating the performance or result of the event or campaigns and give recommendations to clients and inhouse

What we're looking for

• 2 years of experience in a marketing or related field, preferably  with PR & event  management, agency experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Self-initiative, independent, positive and good at time management
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
