We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Operations International Group Limited. In this full-time role based in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District, you will play a crucial part in shaping the development and success of our product portfolio within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct market research and analysis to gain deep insights into customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, and engineering to define product requirements and roadmaps
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on products
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure products meet business objectives and customer expectations
• Support the planning and execution of product launches and campaigns

Requirements:
-Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related subjects
-5 years’ experience or above in Sales & Marketing, with exposure in health supplement / skin care / cosmetic  is an advantage
-health supplement / skin care / cosmetic experience in marketing & product planning and inventory control
-Proactive, aggressive and result-oriented with good presentation skill
-Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure
-Able to meet tight deadline and multi tasks handling
-Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
-Less experience will be consider as Assistant Product Manager
