Product Growth Assistant / Solution Consultant (FormX.ai)

As a Product Growth Assistant, you will engage with FormX.ai global users, activate online sign-ups, support transitions to paid accounts, identify potential corporate clients, and collaborate with the product manager to enhance the onboarding and conversion processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Global Users: Meet or make video calls with users worldwide, introduce them to FormX.ai, and understand their use cases.
• User Activation: Onboard online sign-ups and support their transition to paying customers by setting up FormX and integrating other low-code products.
• Sales Support: Identify potential corporate or enterprise clients from online sign-ups and refer qualified leads to the sales team using BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline) criteria; Provide support to existing or potential customers.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product manager to optimizing the onboarding process and improving user conversion rates.

What we are looking for in you

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experienced with various AI products, including prompt optimization and setup of low-code workflow tools such as n8n, make.com, etc. (or ability to quickly learn)
• Keen interest in both technology and business.
• Native level of Cantonese and competent English proficiency.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bonus Qualifications (not a must):
  • Background in software/ tech.
  • 1+ years experience in selling software / SaaS products.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup.
