Job Description

Qualifications & experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experience in computer accounting system
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Strong in Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good team player with positive attitude and strong motivation
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts and performing accounting function including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation and taxation
  • Assisting in HR/daily administrative support including approval processing, recording and filing
  • Preparing monthly reports and analysis. Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and tax filing
  • Lead work independently and provide guidance to team members
  • Generate accurate management reports and contribute to the month-end closing process, analyzing financial data to provide valuable insights for decision-making
  • Any other accounting related matters or ad-hoc assignments as required
