Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development initiatives by providing comprehensive administrative assistance, facilitating effective communication with clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the business development team, including managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to research, draft, and edit proposals and presentations, ensuring they meet client specifications and adhere to company standards.
- Design and prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools, tailoring content to different audiences.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support business development strategies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and fostering positive relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes to ensure follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the business development team, tracking progress on proposals and client interactions.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a business support, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within a business development or sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
