In this role, you will not only manage purpose-led, integrated brand-building and digital projects but also take a strategic approach to account growth and team leadership. Your leadership will ensure the seamless execution of projects, guiding team members and nurturing client relationships for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both digital and non-digital projects, ensuring smooth coordination between account servicing, creative, and partners. Guarantee that projects meet client expectations while adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and digital performance goals.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality and inspiring projects on time and within budget.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Provide expert advice and insights to clients, positioning the agency as a trusted partner in brand-building sustainability projects.
- Account Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Drive client satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs, aligning them with our brand consulting and sustainability offerings, and utilising insights and analytics to inform strategy and creative briefs.
About You
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in account management within a brand consulting, marketing, or digital communications agency. Experience with financial or sustainability reporting is a plus, along with a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, tools, and metrics.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts successfully across both traditional and digital domains.
- Digital Expertise: An understanding of web development and UX/UI development methodologies for corporate sites is essential.
- Publication Expertise: An understanding of publication production is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese. Putonghua would be a significant advantage.
- Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a calm and organised approach under pressure.
- Passion for Branding and Sustainability: A genuine interest in brand building, sustainability, and technology trends, with a focus on how they intersect and create value.
