Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with students and parents, guiding them through the admission process.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to create effective strategies for recruiting students.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless experience for clients by proactively addressing challenges and enhancing satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve admission service processes.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations to provide cohesive support for students.
Job Requirements:
Communication Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
Experience: Preferably have relevant experience in customer relations (at least 1 year); fresh graduates are welcome.
