Job Description
- Serve as project manager for the planning and organization of heritage thematic exhibitions; ensure that projects are implemented and completed as planned; oversee procurement and execution of projects while remaining on time and within budget
- Support individual projects related to design, change management, and heritage conservation, including coordination with internal and external parties, procurement, budget monitoring, and meeting organization
- Ensure synergy and effective communications with other departments in the company to deliver projects that involve interdepartmental collaboration
- Supervise, manage, and train junior staff to implement the above tasks; foster a culture of excellence, communications, and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Project Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience, especially in arts, cultural, heritage, architectural and design organizations
- Strong budget management, project planning and management skills. Highly motivated, flexible, resourceful, and creative
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multi-tasking and to prioritize assignments
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
