Lace Fabric Sales Executive

About the role

Join our dynamic team at Tak Shing Hong Development Limited as a Lace Fabric Sales Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and access to our high-quality fabric products. Based in our San Po Kong office in the Wong Tai Sin District, you will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of our fabric business.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored fabric solutions
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on fabric selection, care, and usage
• Collaborate closely with the wider sales and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
• Actively participate in trade shows, networking events, and other industry initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the fabric or textile industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of fabric trends, materials, and applications
• Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset and a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency preferred
