Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR & Admin. functions including recruitment, staff on/off boarding, maintain and update staff leave and attendance record, MPF administration, petty cash, renovation work, insurance renewal and etc.
- Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and visa application
- Organizing company events
- Provide secretarial and personal support to the Managing Director
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Able to work under pressure and can be a good team player
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines
- Minimum At least 3-4 years of administrative & HR experience or related background
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Able to work independently. Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
