Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR & Admin. functions including recruitment, staff on/off boarding, maintain and update staff leave and attendance record, MPF administration, petty cash, renovation work, insurance renewal and etc.
  • Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and visa application
  • Organizing company events
  • Provide secretarial and personal support to the Managing Director
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Able to work under pressure and can be a good team player

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • Minimum At least 3-4 years of administrative & HR experience or related background
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Able to work independently. Well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
