Its business scope covers the research, development, and production of battery charging and swapping equipment, new energy vehicles based on battery swapping, big data platform, industrial integration and export and other business sectors.
Under the guidance of the national carbon peak and carbon neutral development strategy, the group has followed relevant policies and developed the "UOTTA™" intelligent battery swapping technology and matching electric vehicles within dependent intellectual property rights to meet the needs of low-carbon economy.
We are now looking for a new leader to join our executive team to reinvent and further grow the company for the future:
Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership and Planning
- Lead and drive auto sales strategies in Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor and adapt strategies to align with market dynamics and competition.
2.Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals to maximize business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic collaborations.
3.Market Analysis and Sales Expansion
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying trends and emerging opportunities.
- Propose and execute effective sales plans tailored to the new energy and auto markets.
- Explore opportunities for expanding market share in Hong Kong and Macau.
4.Operational Excellence and Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Establish KPIs and track progress toward sales and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
5.Reporting and Strategic Alignment
- Report directly to Group Management, providing insights and updates on sales performance.
- Align Hong Kong and Macau’s business objectives with broader corporate strategies.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations in English and Cantonese for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Professional Experience and Auto Sales Industry Knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auto sales is a must in Hong Kong and Macau
- In-depth understanding of the auto industry, including trends, market demands, and competitive landscape.
Language and Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
Sales and Business Acumen
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and formulate strategic plans.
Leadership and Team Management
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members.
