Business/ Project Officer (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• To support the team in project/ new service execution and other initiatives
• To conduct project analysis and compile reports
• To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project execution
• To coordinate executive’s calendar including schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
• To handle ac hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience
• Work experience in business administration/facility contracting & management is preferred
• Work exposure in healthcare industry will be an added benefit
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Strong business/financial acumen and communication skills
• Excellent planning and analytical skills
• Team player, good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC (e.g. EXCEL/ pivot table/ Gantt Chart)
• Working Location: Sheung Wan
