About the job
We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to join our team in a regional capacity, focusing on segmentation, automated customer journeys, and personalised content recommendations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to collaborate with regional teammates and delve into the dynamic world of CRM operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing regional strategies for the CRM system, with a specific focus on segmentation and content recommendation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and subscription team members to maintain data accuracy and system functionality
- Support CRM Manager to utilise data-driven insights to refine marketing/CRM action plans and optimise campaign performance
- Contribute to documenting CRM processes and best practices for the regional team
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Enjoyment of working with regional teammates and a desire to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
