Responsibilities
- Propose and provide advice to superiors on matters related to the sale of relevant properties.
- Assist superiors in overseeing the operations and practices of the Hong Kong Sales Team to achieve business objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage sales and marketing of residential properties, including planning and implementation of sales programmes and campaigns;
- Manage development of sales materials including but not limited to sales office and show flat, sales materials and arrangements are in compliance with the related legislations and regulations;
- Manage estate agents and maintain a good relationship to facilitate the sales strategies
- Work closely with internal parties and project partners, e.g mortgage company, solicitors, model makers, architects, and other related parties;
- Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office/sales launch logistics
- Explore and developed new opportunities with external business partners.
- Responsible for budget forecast, manage budget plan, prepare appropriate reports and manage expenditure records;
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years or above experience in related industries (preferably in property developer)
- Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales) Ordinance
- Able to work under pressure in delivering quality works and meeting deadlines
- Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
- Be dynamic, flexible and willing to learn and grow together with the company with sense of ownership
- Strong in analysis, be sensitive in pricing and a good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant sales manager
