Assistant Accountant / Accountant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set of accounts, include daily accounting operation, data entry, document filing, issue invoices and update bank record.
  • Coordinate the payment function, including but not limited to cheque payment, direct bank payment, T/T, autopay, etc
  • Prepare month end closing, include bank reconciliation, schedule and report
  • Assist in annual audit
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent skill using Excel, outlook
  • Support administration team
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting
  • General PC knowledge with MS (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Knowledge of MYOB accounting system is an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of English & Cantonese (spoken & written)
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with can-do attitude, good team player, able to work independently and under pressure with tight deadline, hard-working, well organized, eager to learn, flexible and patient
