Duties
The appointee will report to the Technical Services Section and be required to:
(a) control and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for building service installations;
(b) assist in the planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, alterations and additions (A&A) works with both contractors and in-house technical team;
(c) liaise with the contractors and supervise the implementation of scheduled works;
(d) plan and carry out routine checking and inspection of premises;
(e) assist in site inspection, testing and commissioning for BMS in both A&A works and capital works;
(f) perform shift duties including working on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays; and
(g) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised certificate/diploma in a related discipline plus relevant work experience in mechanical and MVAC installations;
(b) sound knowledge of the operation of the facilities management industry; and
(c) good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to those with the knowledge of MVAC and/or BMS.

Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
