As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations.The Senior Accounting Manager will play a key role in managing our accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the company’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, leading the accounting team, and providing insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA qualification is a must.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including tax planning, filing, and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
