Job Description

As the person responsible for pre-sales activities in information technology projects (including solutions, bidding, and tendering), you will be accountable for the overall competitiveness of the solutions (such as technology, cost, etc.). Your primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Requirement Clarification and Guidance: Responsible for communicating, clarifying, and guiding client requirements.
  • Integrated Solution Design: Responsible for matching client requirements, drafting solutions, and presenting them. This includes integrating the company’s products with those of ecosystem partners.
    Project Bidding and Tendering: Responsible for project bidding, contract negotiations, and related activities, including business and tender clause analysis, risk identification, bid document preparation, presentations, and Q&A sessions.
  • Project Solution Handover: Responsible for the technical handover of the project solution and providing support for major technical changes during project delivery.
    Capability Building and Knowledge Transfer: Contribute to the company's solution capability building and knowledge transfer, such as developing solution templates and creating benchmark cases.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university.
  • Knowledge: Professional knowledge in client requirement discovery and guidance, solution design and presentation, project bidding, and project management. Specialized knowledge in AI+, cloud computing, big data, communication, security, IoT, ICT infrastructure, including technology, product, and solution applications. In-depth understanding of the industry you are responsible for, including industry ecosystems, application scenarios, and solution expertise.
  • Skills:
    -Proficient in the evolution and development of IT architecture in the relevant industry. Capable of providing forward-looking solution recommendations based on industry trends and development, guiding clients in planning and implementing new requirements.
    -Proficient in core technologies, industry ecosystems, and best practices in DICT (AI+, cloud, big data, communication, security, IoT, company products, and solutions). Ability to guide clients in digital transformation and innovation expansion by researching emerging technologies and industry trends. Able to propose top-level design for industry informatization and offer innovative solutions to create industry benchmark cases, supporting continuous business development for clients.
    -Proficient in bid presentation skills and bidding strategies. Capable of influencing or guiding client bidding requirements, effectively controlling bids, and leading the completion of comprehensive and complex project bid document preparation and bidding. Strong oral and reading skills in English, with excellent coordination and planning abilities.
  • Experience: Over five years of experience in B2B, B2O businesses, AI+, cloud computing, big data, communication, security, IoT services, or DICT industries, with at least three years in pre-sales solution-related roles. Experience in ICT sales is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently; strong team awareness, strong execution, high pressure tolerance, and adaptability to multitasking work environments.
