Job Description
- Assist in planning and organising of various community initiatives and events to foster connections with our employees and the broader community
- Assist in creating content and visuals to effectively communicate the company's community initiatives through internal and external channels such as the corporate website, social media platforms & intranet
- Work closely with our community and business partners to achieve a greater social impact
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain a robust system to record the company’s community initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, social work or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in community event management or public affairs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Experience in creating content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and possess strong problem-solving abilities
- Passionate about engaging in community projects. Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to make a positive impact in the community
- Highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in database management and documentation
- Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
- Willingness to work on weekends
