We connect the brands to their online customers through the development and marketing of brand site transactional platforms in China such as Alibaba Group’s Tmall, Tencent's Wechat and JD.com etc. We are looking for a intelligent, passionate and self-driven individual interested to pursue a career and capture the trend in the booming online/ social media industry.

You will...
- Manage long-term client relationships and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of eCommerce projects
- Coordinate with internal team (China and Hong Kong) and external vendors to ensure the quality of deliverable
- Act as the day-to-day contact and adviser for clients by providing appropriate solutions
- Manage ad-hoc eCommerce duties
- Comply business reports, provide research and analytics services
- Handle multiple projects and accounts simultaneously in a timely and professional manner

Skills you’ll need to be successful...
- 1-3 years of working experience, ideally in an environment where you had to deal with multiple accounts
- Basic knowledge of Tmall, RED, TikTok, WeChat, Taobao, Weibo, Baidu, KOL, Media buying, etc would be advantageous
- Outstanding PROBLEM-SOLVING skills, proactiveness, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills whether it be face to face, through the phone or email
- A quick learner with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity is key
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
