Building Services Inspector

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monitoring building services works
2. Report and resolve design or installation problems or site difficulties
3. Monitor work progress and workmanship standard; ensure working procedures, work schedules, and quality control
4. Supervise and participate in T&C, defects inspections, etc.
5. Prepare regular progress reports

Requirements:

• A Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent with not less than 8 years' relevant experience in building alterations, additions and maintenance works
• Site supervision experience in term contracts is advantageous
