Job Description
- Assisting the familiarization of operators, including update menus and promotions, assist operators to get familiar with the operators portal and dashboard, and any other services deemed necessary by the Contractor, on-site & off-site training to operators with provision of training materials and FAQ.
- Handling the disputes regarding settlement with tenants and liaise with payment service provider;
- Coordinating and liaising with different parties including client, tenants, customer services team, technical support team and payment service providers of the systems;
- Defining, by closely working with client, system related workflow and processes for operation, business continuity plan, and contingency plan
- Assisting in reporting services as requested
- Assisting in content update of the systems, including client’s promotion, promotional message, email and SMS templates;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems technologies - Provide daily operation support with hardware and tenant related devices• Job Requirements • Education Background : - Diploma or above• Skills :- Proactivity, maturity, meticulousness, readiness to accept challenges, capability in multitasking and independence at work
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility
