Technical Presales Director

Role & Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Proposal and Tender(RFP) Response Generation: Create compelling proposals that align with client requirements and drive business. Suggest adaptations and improvements to existing products based on client feedback and market trends.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and achievement.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to build a strong and cohesive team.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
• Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Requirements 

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role in technology or consulting company selling to insurance companies.
• Experience in preparing RFP is a must.
• Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance.
• Experience in recruiting and developing a successful sales team.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically with a strong business acumen.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Good team player with self-confidence in mobilizing cross-team stakeholders to achieve department goals and project objective.
