Job Description

About The Role:

  • Support all-rounded administrative duties including but not limit to bills handling, office maintenance  & licensing, procurement, pantry and stationary items ordering, etc
  • Handling incoming calls, mailing order, and courier service in a professional manner
  • Support Assistant Admin Manager to manage Drivers and Office Assistants
  • Prepare documents, reports and analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

 About You:

  • DSE / F.7 or above
  • 3-5 years experience in office administration
  • A good team player, attention to details, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, mature with positive “Can Do” attitude
  • Proficient in computer skills such as MS Office
  • Familiar with Office Health & Safety would be an advantage
  • Good command in written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
