Job Description
Responsible:
- Responsible for project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing.
- Prepare documents, drawings and material submissions
- Coordinate with client and consultants
- Manage sub-contractor and vender to ensure project deliverable.
- Complete project under tight schedule.
- Support project sales for tender preparation.
- Perform other necessary duties as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in engineering.
- Experience in building service (especially MVAC installation) for new construction site will be an advantage.
- At least 2-4 years relevant working experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Self-motivated, initiative with strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
