值班工程師 (Shift Engineer)

崗位職責(Job Responsibilities)

• 通過控制室的中央電腦監控輪班期間的生產運行情況；Monitor production operations through the central computer in the control room during shifts;
• 負責生產資料的統計及報表的生成；Responsible for the statistics of production data and generate the reports;
• 與輪班主管溝通協調，維護工廠安全與整潔，確保生產計畫順利完成；Communicate and coordinate with the shift supervisor to maintain the factory safety and tidy, ensure the production plan is successfully completed;
• 為生產廠房提供技術監督，幫助解決工藝或分析性問題；Provide technical supervision to the production factory to solve the process or analytical problems;
• 負責材料處理、裝載和卸載；Responsible for material handling, loading and unloading;
• 對接裝卸油管道及儲罐使用；Use in connection with oil unloading pipeline and storage tanks;
• 進行簡單的設備維護，如篩檢程式清洗、熱交換器清洗（拆卸和組裝）、泵維修（修復洩漏）等；Perform simple equipment maintenance, such as program cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning (disassembly and assembly), pumps repair (leak repair), etc.
• 協助值班主管管理由技術員和操作員組成的團隊；Assist the shift supervisor to manage the technicians and operators teams;
• 向上級領導提供及時準確的工作回饋，包括工作進展、成果和問題；Provide timely and accurate work feedback to superiors, also including the work progress, results and problems;
• 完成上級指派的其他任務。Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

崗位要求(Job Requirements)

• 化學工程專業大專或以上學歷；Degree or above in chemical engineering disciplines;
• 1-2 年化學工廠工作經驗，優秀應屆畢業生亦可考慮；1-2 years of working experience in chemical factory, outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered;
• 具備良好的中英文書寫和口語能力，粵語流利，熟練使用Office辦公軟體；Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Cantonese, and proficient in using office software;
• 具備化學品處理和工廠安全操作的基本知識，安全意識及紀律性強；Have basic knowledge of chemical handling and safety operations in factory, also have strong safety awareness and discipline;
• 對工廠設備（如泵、熔爐、壓縮機、儲罐、反應器等）有基本瞭解；能夠閱讀和理解 P&I 圖；Have a certain understanding of factory equipment (such as pumps, furnaces, compressors, storage tanks, reactors, etc.); Be able to read and understand P&I diagrams;
• 需要體力勞動；Require manual labor works;
• 需要輪班工作。(輪班時間: 日班: 08:30 – 20:30; 夜班: 20:30 – 08:30; 月休:8天, 根據輪班表日夜輪班)Require shift work.(Shift time: Day shift: 08:30 – 20:30; Night shift: 20:30 – 08:30; Monthly break: 8 days, day and night shifts according to the shift schedule)
