資格與要求

• 高中或以上學歷，歡迎應屆畢業生
• 具備客戶服務或二手奢侈品買賣經驗者優先
• 必須精通廣東話及英語（讀寫及會話）
• 具備日語或普通話能力者優先
• 需具備基本電腦操作能力
• 對品牌商品有興趣
• 良好的溝通能力，樂於學習
   

職責與工作內容

• 協助店舖日常營運，包括處理收購事宜及回應顧客查詢
• 提供優質的客戶服務，建立長期客戶關係
• 在收購過程中與鑑定師保持有效溝通
• 提供在職培訓
• 需輪班工作

Qualifications & experience

• High School diploma and above, Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Experience in customer service or second-hand luxury resale market is an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English is a must
• Knowledge of Japanese and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills is required
• Interested in branded items
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist with daily shop operations, including handling purchases and responding to customer inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Communicate effectively with appraisers during the purchase process.
• On job training is provided.
• Rotating shifts are required
