資格與要求

【必要條件】

• 高中或以上學歷，歡迎應屆畢業生
• 廣東話為母語
• 精通英語（讀寫及會話）

【優先考慮】

• 具備客戶服務或二手奢侈品買賣經驗者優先
• 具備普通話能力者優先
• 需具備基本電腦操作能力
• 對品牌商品有興趣
• 良好的溝通能力，樂於學習

職責與工作內容

• 為到訪的顧客提供高品質的收購服務體驗
• 使用智能手機拍攝顧客帶來的商品照片
  將照片發送至公司鑑定部門並接收鑑定結果
  根據鑑定結果，向顧客提出收購報價
• 負責已收購商品的海外出口手續
• 提供在職培訓
• 需輪班工作

Qualifications & experience

【Required】

• High School diploma and above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Native Cantonese speaker
• Proficient in written and spoken English

【Welcome】

• Experience in customer service or second-hand luxury resale market is an advantage
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills is required
• Interested in branded items
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide visiting customers with a high-quality purchase service experience.
• Take photos of the products brought in by customers using a smartphone.
  Send the photos to the company's appraisal department, and receive the appraisal results.
  Based on these results, propose a purchase price to the customer.
• Handle the overseas export of purchased products.
• On the job training is provided.
• Rotating shifts are required
