建造工程見習員

職責 

• 協助建造工程經理監督工程工序及協調各個分判商、監督工地人員施工過程。
• 與業主代表溝通，協助驗收工程材料及檢驗各工序之質量，確保施工質量符合標準。
• 預備巡查日報表、記錄工程進度及發出備忘錄予承判商作有關跟進。
• 協助工地實施安全管理，負責檢查工作地方和地盤安全，確保工地人員在安全環境下工作。

要求

• 完成中六（新高中學制）；或同等學歷
• 有建築地盤經驗者優先考慮
• 持有42或43小時建造業安全督導員課程者優先考慮
