職責

• 於航膳運送過程中，扮演關鍵角色，於航膳及其他物資輸送至機艙前，作詳細檢查，確保符合航空公司在質量和數量的標準及要求。統籌及確保所有物資能準時運送
• 監督運輸團隊按指示將所有已查核之物品送至機艙內指定位置
• 與機艙服務員核對航餐及其他物資數量，準確無誤
• 回答機艙服務員的各項查詢
• 遇有任何臨時變動，適時與營運團隊合作，包括廚房、餐務整合和機坪後勤服務，以應對及協調安排補給物資
• 確保整個調度過程順利完成，根據需要執行各項任務

 入職資格

• 文憑或以上程度
• 對於在航運業 / 服務業發展個人事業充滿熱忱
• 性格友善及積極主動，具良好溝通和人際交往能力
• 具良好客戶服務態度，承諾提供優質服務
• 能以中文或英文溝通
• 具備接受輪班時間工作態度
• 懂電腦基本操作
• 有顧客服務經驗者優先，歡迎現屆畢業生申請
