Site Supervisor

Job Duties: 

• Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure that work progresses according to the project plan.
• Ensuring Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and building codes to maintain a safe working environment.
• Managing Staff: Supervising construction workers, providing direction, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
• Quality Control: Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinating Subcontractors: Scheduling and coordinating the activities of subcontractors and deliveries of materials.
• Communication: Keeping senior management and clients informed about project progress and any issues that arise.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing any problems or delays that occur during the construction process.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electronic Engineering is preferred.
• Certificate in safety supervisor.
• At least 10 year’s working experience in project related to equipment installation at the working sites. 
• Able to speak Putonghua.
