跨境物流專員 Cross-border Logistics Specialist

Company Profile: Sengi Express, powered by Poste Italiane, focuses on cross-border e-commerce parcel logistics, providing professional and diversified cross-border logistics services for our customers. Core products include: last-mile delivery (express and standard), Italy full parcel line, European parcel customs clearance, Air&Sea Freight, Europe truck transportation, reverse logistics, FBA return processing and overseas warehousing and other cross-border e-commerce logistics services.

（1）崗位職責/ Job responsibilities：

1.負責與客戶及供應商的日常溝通；

Responsible for daily communication with customers and suppliers;

2.發送清關預報給國外同事處理清關；

Send customs clearance forecast to foreign colleagues to handle customs clearance;

3.跟進國外清關以及交貨轉運環節；

Follow up foreign customs clearance and Line-haul transportation;

4.監控渠道運轉情況，發現問題或異常情況及時匯報和處理，確保物流服務的品質和時效；

Monitor the operation of different channels, and have the ability to solve emergency in a timely manner, to ensure the quality and timeliness of logistics services;

5.客戶投訴問題的處理；

Handling of customer complaints;

6.解決運營問題和查詢；

Solve operational problems and queries;

7.及時向團隊反饋市場和客戶需求資訊，以推進內部系統或流程改進；

Feedback market and customer demand information to the team in a timely manner to improve internal process;

8.支持部門管理和臨時任務。

Support department management and temporary tasks.

（2）崗位要求/Job requirements：

1.物流/供應鏈或商業相關專業本科或以上學歷；

Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics/supply chain or business-related majors;

2.有2年以上跨境物流行業相關經驗者優先；

At least 2 years of relevant experience in cross-border logistics industry is preferred;

3.熟悉word、excel、outlook等office辦公軟件的使用；

Familiar with the use of word, excel, outlook and other office software;

4.出色的溝通協調能力，注重細節，責任心強；

Excellent communication and coordination skills, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility;

5.有較強的思考能力、服務意識、應變能力、抗壓能力、團隊協作能力、邏輯思維和資料理解與分析能力、緊急事件處理能力；

Strong thinking skills, service orientation, resilience, stress tolerance, teamwork, logical thinking and data comprehension and analysis, and emergency handling skills;

6.對跨境電商物流行業的發展前景充滿信心；

Confidence in the development prospects of the cross-border e-commerce logistics industry;

7.工作語言為：英文、普通話、粵語，需具備相應的語言能力；

Working languages are: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, appropriate language skills are required;

8.必須是香港本地居民。

Must be Hong Kong Resident.
