Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Handle car booking requests and arrange license renewal of the vehicles
  • Verify the daily car-pool activities (ie. Gasoline & distance usage report)
  • Banquet Hall booking and event arrangement (ie lunch or dinner event)
  • Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities for the bank
  • Organize and set up the equipment that is used in recreational activities
  • Enforce safety rules to prevent injury in the foresaid activities
  • Handle monthly business reporting
  • Assist to manage various administration
  • Handle purchase orders and arrange payment
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with a minimum of 1-3 years working experience in recreation work
  • At least 2-year experience in administering car-pool services and / or transportation services
  • Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using computer software such as MS Work and Excel
