To cope with our expansion, we cordially invite you to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, equipment maintenance, procurement, and document management.
  • Support office banquets and catering events.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental communications.
  • Outdoor work is required when necessary
  • Occasional travel maybe required
  • Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Abilities to multi-task and work independently
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English , Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as HR & Admin Manager
