About The Role:
- Support all-rounded administrative duties including but not limit to bills handling, office maintenance & licensing, procurement, pantry and stationary items ordering, etc
- Handling incoming calls, mailing order, and courier service in a professional manner
- Support Assistant Admin Manager to manage Drivers and Office Assistants
- Prepare documents, reports and analysis
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
About You:
- DSE / F.7 or above
- 3-5 years experience in office administration
- A good team player, attention to details, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, mature with positive “Can Do” attitude
- Proficient in computer skills such as MS Office
- Familiar with Office Health & Safety would be an advantage
- Good command in written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
