Job Responsibility / Description

- To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo baggage and mail into / from aircraft

- To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carriers

- To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report

- To communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding

- To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale

- 督導飛機裝卸代理員，督導隊員準時完成裝卸航機工作及符合安全指引

- 確保運作能達到安全標準及準時

- 監督航班運作能安全地、準確地完成整個程序，並保持服務質素

- 帶領及監察屬下飛機裝卸代理員小組的工作表現能否達到相關標準，如有事故發生時能加以管理及改正

Job Requirements

- Post-secondary or above

- Good command of written / spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

- Capable of working independently and work under pressure

- Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience

- Able to control / supervise subordinates

- Knowledge of PC

- Holder of valid HK Driving Licence of Class 1 & 2

- 專上程度或以上

- 能夠獨立工作及帶領屬下飛機裝卸代理員小組工作，並能於壓力下工作

- 最少1-2年工作經驗

- 持有輕型貨車及私家車駕駛執照
