Architect

Responsibilities

• Execute various types of projects from delivering design concept to project completion
• Oversee the feasibility study, schematic design works, detailed design works, planning, specifications, submission, tendering, executing and managing various types of projects
• Work closely with consultancies, contractors, and other internal / external parties on execution of projects, and ensure the projects are completed on time and in accordance with quality, safety standards and statutory requirements
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies or equivalent, MHKIA
• More than 4 years’ post-qualification working experience, previous experience with local developer would be an advantage
• Familiar with planning, design and execution, project management and building regulations in Hong Kong
• Experience in local government submissions and approval procedures;
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Photoshop
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
