Assist. Project Manager -new build project

Manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in Service Engineering. Coordinates and prioritizes work and assignments, resolves complex issues, reviews escalated key issues, maintains relationship with key customers, establishes and maintains training and audit or assessment programs, and coaches team members.

Job Description

• Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves complex issues encountered by a more experienced team/multiple teams.
• Reviews escalated issues that will impact the business and provide recommendations for solutions.
• Possesses strong technical/product knowledge to provide guidance to the team.
• Contacts key customers and field service agents to ensure corrective actions are taken for complex field issues, special investigations, and product testing.
• Handles key customer feedbacks responsibly, carries out the customer satisfaction investigations, and establishes the corresponding improvement plans.
• Coaches team members and field agents.
• Establishes and maintains training and audit or assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.

Minimum Requirements
Candidate holds a bachelor's honours degree in mechanical or Building Services Engineering or above

• At least 8-years or above working experiences related to HVAC field.
• Fluent in both languages Chinese and English
• Good at writing report and HVAC technical design
• Familiar in AutoCAD software and Microsoft office application
